Cleaning Services Disclaimer

  • Sanitization Limitations: Our cleaning services are designed to reduce the presence of germs, bacteria, and viruses. However, we cannot guarantee 100% elimination of all pathogens or allergens.
  • Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage or deterioration that existed before our services were rendered. This includes wear and tear, material breakdown, or improperly maintained equipment.
  • Access & Preparation: Clients are responsible for ensuring the area is clear and accessible at the time of service. Obstructed or unsafe areas may result in rescheduling or incomplete service.
  • Liability: While our staff is trained and insured, A1 Playground Installers is not liable for injuries or incidents occurring before or after service completion unless directly caused by our team's proven negligence.

Installation Services Disclaimer

  • Safety & Compliance: Our installations are performed according to industry safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. However, it is the client’s responsibility to maintain the equipment regularly and supervise its use appropriately.
  • Site Readiness: The client must ensure that the installation site is properly prepared, clear of debris, and structurally suitable. Delays or additional work due to unprepared sites may result in extra charges.
  • Use & Supervision: Once installed, all playground equipment should be used only as intended and under adult supervision. A1 Playground Installers is not liable for misuse, abuse, or neglect of the equipment.
  • Warranty & Maintenance: We stand behind our installation work, but ongoing maintenance is the responsibility of the facility owner. Please refer to manufacturer warranties for specific coverage.
